    • Breaks are important to maintain long term productivity.
      • Just like while sleeping, their brain will keep thinking about the problem during the break, so when they come back to working it will be easier.
  • Help students identify what will help them refresh so they get the most out of the breaks they take.
    • Explain that even though this isn’t in most textbooks, it is really important to learn how to refresh your perspective.
