- When a student asks you an individual question that is relevant to the whole class, ask them if they’re comfortable asking their question out loud to the class.
- If yes, get the attention of the class and have the student repeat their question for everyone to hear.
- If not, you can repeat their questions to the class yourself. Be sure to credit the student with having a really great question when sharing it with your class.
- This way the student gets recognition for their important question, and the entire class benefits from hearing the question and its answer.
